This policy explains what personal data Studio QNT processes through studioqnt.nl, why, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

Studio QNT is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) of Quint Ibrahim, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Studio QNT's Chamber of Commerce (KVK) registration is pending and expected to be completed on 13 November 2026. The full company details (KVK number, registered address and VAT number) will be added here once registration is complete.

What data is processed

If you fill in the contact form on this site, I process the data you enter yourself:

Beyond the contact form, this site does not collect any personal data. There are no tracking cookies or analytics scripts on studioqnt.nl.

Why and on what basis

This data is used solely to respond to your contact request and, if that leads to a project, to discuss and carry it out. The legal basis is your own consent when submitting the form and, once a project follows, performance of that agreement.

Who processes the data

The contact form is submitted via Web3Forms, a third party that receives the message and forwards it to me by email. Web3Forms processes the data you enter according to their own privacy policy. I do not share your data with anyone else.

How long data is kept

Messages received through the form are kept no longer than needed to answer your question, and for an ongoing or completed project, for as long as is reasonable for the collaboration and legally required for bookkeeping.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its processing. Contact me via the contact form on this site. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

This policy will be updated once the KVK registration is complete, and may change more often after that. The date above always reflects the most recent version.
