Terms
Terms & conditions
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all quotes from, and agreements with, Studio QNT (a sole proprietorship of Quint Ibrahim, based in Amsterdam), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotes and formation of the agreement
A quote from Studio QNT is non-binding until the client approves or signs it in writing (including by email). From that moment the quote is binding on both parties and forms the basis of the agreement.
Execution and delivery
Every project is bespoke work. Planning and the delivery timeline are set per project in the quote. Studio QNT makes every effort to meet that timeline; delays can occur due to, among other things, the client providing content, materials or feedback late. An agreed timeline is therefore indicative, unless a strict deadline has been explicitly agreed.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in the quote. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. If payment is not made on time, the client is automatically in default and Studio QNT is entitled to charge statutory interest and reasonable collection costs.
Intellectual property
All rights to designs, code and other work developed by Studio QNT under the assignment remain with Studio QNT until the invoice for the assignment has been paid in full. After full payment, the agreed final deliverables (for example the website, logo or brand identity) transfer to the client, for use within the agreed purpose. Studio QNT may display the delivered work in its portfolio and on studioqnt.nl, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Right of withdrawal
Studio QNT's services are bespoke: every design and every website is developed specifically for the client. The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts therefore does not apply, under article 6:230p(c) of the Dutch Civil Code. Once the quote is approved, it is binding on both parties.
Changes and additional work
Requests that fall outside the scope originally agreed in the quote are discussed as additional work and, once approved by the client, invoiced separately.
Liability
Studio QNT is only liable for direct damage that is the direct result of an attributable failure. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment. Studio QNT is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage and lost revenue.
Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Studio QNT. Disputes will be resolved by mutual consultation wherever possible, and otherwise submitted to the competent court in the district where Studio QNT is based.
Changes to these terms
Studio QNT may update these terms from time to time. The date above always reflects the most recent version. For a quote or agreement already in progress, the version that applied at the time of approval remains in effect.
